Vacant Property Inspections

Empty or vacant properties are attractive to vandals, squatters and rough sleepers. Our mobile patrol team can visit your properties as required, to conduct a full internal and external check of your property for signs of intrusion, damage due to vandalism or extreme weather conditions and signs of vermin. As part of our internal patrol, we can also take meter readings for properties with live utilities. If anything needs dealing with urgently we will contact you whilst we are still on site. Once complete, a full report will be emailed within 24 hours of completion. All of our patrol units are equipped with padlocks and chains ensuring we can provide a quick, temporary solution, securing your property in the event that we find an open gate, window or door. If we are unable to secure your property, we can arrange short term emergency security officers to keep watch on the property until repairs can be adequately carried out.
