OPENING, CLOSING AND PATROLLING YOUR PREMISES

Audited by the SIA to BS7499 we are perfectly placed to take these problems away, We can unlock and lock your premises at designated times.

We can make sure windows are closed, heating or air con is on or off and patrol your premises when you are closed to make sure everything is secure.

Mobile patrols can be conducted as frequently as you wish from weekly to several times a night. Time and date stamped photos can be supplied for each attendance.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL INSPECTIONS AND METER READINGS

As part of our internal patrol, we can also take meter readings for properties with live utilities. If anything needs dealing with urgently we will contact you whilst we are still on site. Once complete, a full report will be emailed within 24 hours of completion.

All of our patrol units are equipped with padlocks and chains ensuring we can provide a quick, temporary solution, securing your property in the event that we find an open gate, window or door.

If we are unable to secure your property, we can arrange short term emergency security officers to keep watch on the property until repairs can be adequately carried out.
